While many businesses faced closure, we launched Point-to-Point Networks (Pty) Ltd., a technical support company. Our defining moment came with a partnership with a leading data-only mobile network provider, a company experiencing explosive growth in demand for their 5G home and business broadband services. As their dedicated field service team, we provided crucial technical support and troubleshooting. During the lockdown, when remote work became essential, we tackled a significant backlog, connecting and resolving issues for 40-60 customers daily. We played a vital role in ensuring their customers could stay connected during a challenging time.
